Health and fitness are very important to us, we maintain a healthy diet for the most part and make efforts to be active. Be it video game systems, dvd workouts, equipment, walking, we make a point to move. This isn’t to say we don’t sit on our rear watching TV and eating ice cream (too often) but that is not the lifestyle we want to live anymore.
We walk daily, and using my fitbit I log 10k steps. Often it will be more than that but as a base goal, I make an effort to achieve this. I use MyFitnessPal to log both the fitbit information and the foods that I consume to keep a close eye on my health and progress.
