I picked this room spray up on 1/27/13 from a local store as part of my BzzAgent promotion. I was very excited to try it and the oil diffuser which sadly wasn’t available so I’m holding onto the coupon to pick one up from a larger retailer. While I was in the check out line I did ask another customer if they had ever tried this product and gave them a coupon when they stated they hadn’t but it sounded like a nice scent.
I chose the cotton & Italian mandarin scent, which is very light and clean. Almost too clean, the girls said it smelled like dish soap; not bad for use in the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom areas but I wouldn’t say it’s a top choice for a whole room spray.
The outward appearance, the ‘new, stylish’ canister is attractive enough. An improvement over the previous cylinder, flat top containers to be sure. I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase it based on appearance, but I am more of a candle person, so the idea of increased aesthetics for leaving it around is a waste on me.
Honestly I don’t feel the spray does a great job at all; certainly it smells nice, but as soon as you spray it the mist immediately falls to the ground and you only faintly catch a whiff when you enter the room. Also with aerosol sprays I’m usually leery of the unhealthy ingredients; so doing a bit of research I came upon a What’s Inside webpage that breaks down the ingredients for you. I’m not going to dissect each one but I’m making that information available for your awareness.
Over all this is not a product I would normally purchase, as I said I’m more of a candle person. I do really like that the canister is recyclable. That said it DOES have a very clean scent that I would enjoy as a bathroom freshener and have no qualms about recommending it to others who do use room sprays.
